這是指我們在早上吃的食物。

除非你特意指出一個具體的早餐，正常的情況下我們是不會在“Breakfast”之前使用Article（a, an, the） 。

我通常吃麵做早餐。

2. What do you usually have for breakfast?

你早餐通常吃什麼？

同一道理，一般情況下我們都不會在“lunch”，“supper”，“dinner”之前使用Article（a, an, the） 。
